Even in the worst case scenario that .mobi doesn't end up becoming the defacto standard of the mobile internet, a mobile dating site under the simple and specific "Dating.mobi" brand, for example, could still be worth a lot, regardless of whether .mobi is considered a success or not. So I'm feeling pretty comfortable about my investment, especially since those names won't be parked.
